Lovely Husband has given me permission to post this, in fact he insisted!

We spent some hours today at the local hospital for LH to have a colonoscopy. He has had a few of these already this year and has found the whole process quite distressing. Anyway, a few days ago, I saw the video below posted on Facebook. It is by Billy Connolly about preparation for a colonoscopy, so you will already be forewarned that it is pretty “near the knuckle”, or “buttock clenching” as LH put it! It did give us a good laugh at a time when we were both feeling very down.
