Growing out the grey: update 05/04/18

Here is the monthly update about my progress towards totally grey hair. I made a mistake at first last month and said that it had been six months since my last colour, but I was wrong. It was five months. So, now it is six months and I had hoped that the colour would have all gone by this stage. Unfortunately, I have missed two hair appointments this year, one quite recently, and so I don’t look how I had envisaged. I can hope that my health improves enough to go get a good haircut very soon.

Anyway, please excuse the pyjamas but here is what I look like today. I have simply washed and left my hair as I don’t have the energy to do anything else. Just experimenting with the very red lipstick – I haven’t worn anything this bright for decades!

I am hoping to have a Scarf of the Moment post about my Hermès’ Persepolis ready for tomorrow, if not, it will be uploaded next week.

Best wishes,

❤❤❤❤❤

Thank you 💗. I hope I can get to the hairdresser soon to have a short cut and get rid of all the dyed hair!

  2. It does look good natural! My Mommom is 74 and she still dyes her hair blonde but we always tell her it doesn’t look right! Good for you for embracing the grey!
