Outfit of the day 12/04/18

Back again! I am feeling so much better than I did a few days ago. When I get something on top of my usual list of conditions, I am completely knocked out. I won’t go into the nasty details but I felt absolutely dreadful for quite a few days and was too weak even to read, let alone write blog posts.

So, today I managed to pick myself up and sort myself out. I even put some makeup on in honour of my latest scarf purchase. Yes, another Hermès scarf, this time a gavroche that I had been looking for and found on eBay. There were three different colourways on offer and I took a risk and chose this amazing brightly coloured one. It has shades of fuchsia pink, orange, blue, green and yellow. If it had been a 90cm, I think the scarf would have overwhelmed me, but as a tiny 45cm it looks like a jewelled necklace. Well, that’s what I like to think!

Here it is: Bibliothéque. Now you can see why I simply had to own this one! Books, books!

I wore it with this outfit:

  • Cobalt cotton cable jumper – Lands’ End.
  • Navy cord leggings – Lands’ End.
  • Blue crystal and silver earrings – Sonrisa Boutique.
  • Cobalt enamel and gold Curb Chain bangle – Halcyon Days.
  • Silk gavroche, 45cm in pink, orange, blue, green and yellow – Bibliothéque – Hermès.

We weren’t able to go out, but I have had a nice relaxing day so far. Oh and I will write a Scarf of the Moment post about Bibliothéque as soon as I can get enough information together.

Best wishes,

💙❤💛💜💚
