OK, so I said in Monday’s post that today’s would be a little different and definitely not an “Outfits of the Day”! Well, I had to change the plan. I am still having a bit of trouble with writing using this new editor on WordPress and need more time over the weekend to practise. Also, in the end, I have managed to wear two rather nice outfits this week. So I am going to show you those.
Both outfits were based on my light grey cashmere v-neck from John Lewis and nicely demonstrate the difference that scarves and other accessories can make.
First of all, there is this ensemble with Hermès’ A L’Ombre des Pivoines:

With this beautiful scarf, which has such gorgeous subtle colours, I wore my gold and grey crystal earrings by Swarovski. The scarf was tied in a criss-cross knot using my MaiTai dual colour scarf ring with the teal side uppermost.
Today has been cooler than of late and I started the day in the same cashmere jumper, wearing this gold and silver feather jewellery set from Younger Son. Later on, I felt a little shivery, so I added my amazing cashmere and silk Hermès’ shawl: Plumes en Fête. I expect that I probably won’t wear the shawl again until the Autumn, although you never know with the infamous British weather!

Please excuse the state of my hair! And I did wear something on the lower half, in case you are wondering: navy pyjama trousers.
Well, I think that is all I have to say for this week. As I said above, I will fiddle around with the blog over the weekend as I really want to make a nice post for Monday.
Until then: Happy Weekend to you all!
Love and best wishes,
Anne

Anne,
You look beautiful. YS picked out an amazing set of earrings and pendant to compliment your Plumes en Fête. And I also like how your Swarovski compliments with L’OdP.
