Reading roundup 09/01/19

I have a confession to make – I haven’t even finished one book this week! There are excuses reasons. I started a book – Wool by Hugh Howey – over a week ago, got about half way through and then lost momentum.

Then, we went to the Library last Friday and I picked up my next huge pile of books, including book #04 in the Red Rising Saga: Iron Gold by Pierce Brown. I have been struggling with concentration ever since and, although I am really enjoying the book, I am only about a third of the way through, which is very unusual for me.

Anyway, I am sure that I will have finished it by next week and will tell you all about it. I also have the next book on reserve, even though it hasn’t yet been published – so pleased that our library system works that way!

So, Happy Reading to you all until next week.

Best wishes,
